Tito Ortiz says he is been contacted by somebody linked to Mike Tyson to arrange a battle … and tells TMZ Sports activities straight-up, “I am in!”
The 45-year-old UFC Corridor of Famer says he obtained the decision lately after watching among the new Tyson coaching movies and believes a tilt with Iron Mike might be “the chance of my life.”
Ortiz — an MMA legend — says he does not know if Mike is interested by boxing or a blended martial arts battle … however he is down both manner.
Tito says he is been boxing for 20 years as a part of his MMA coaching and thinks at this level of their lives, he is higher within the ring than Mike who hasn’t been in a professional battle since a 2005 loss to Kevin McBride.
After all, if you happen to’ve seen the brand new Tyson coaching movies … he seems rattling good for a 53-year-old.
“Has Tyson been punched within the face within the final 15 years? No he hasn’t. And I’ve and I have been in a position to subdue everybody I’ve competed towards over the previous four years.”
It is true … Tito’s on a 3-fight win streak with victories over Chuck Liddell, Chael Sonnen and Alberto Del Rio.
Tito says thinks a Tyson vs. Ortiz battle might DOUBLE the numbers Mayweather vs. McGregor did … calling it “an incredible alternative for each of our manufacturers.”
