The UFC is near finalizing Vicente Luque vs. Randy Brown for the second time.

The matchup initially scheduled for April 11 however canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic and is now being focused for the upcoming UFC vent on Aug. 1. A venue or location has not been revealed.

After the April 11 bout cancelation, Luque (18-7-1 MMA, 11-Three UFC) was booked towards Niko Worth on the UFC’s return from COVID-19 hiatus on Could 9. In a back-and-forth slugfest, Luque defeated Worth by strikes in Spherical 3.

Brown (12-Three MMA, 6-Three UFC) is using a two-fight profitable streak getting into the Aug. 1 matchup. After shedding to Worth in July 2018, Brown rebounded with back-to-back finishes towards Bryan Barberena and Warlley Alves.
